Delivery

Vous pouvez suivre votre livraison (et vos retours) en consultant l'historique de vos commandes dans votre espace client.

Order status

- "Accepted payment" status: Your order has been registered and will be processed by our logistics department as soon as possible.

- "Under preparation" status: Your order is being prepared by our logistics team. It has not yet been delivered to the transporter. The preparation time for your order is 48-72 hours. It may take an additional 7-10 days depending on the period.

- "Shipped" status: Your package has been picked up by the carrier, delivery is in progress. A confirmation containing your package's tracking number has been emailed to you. You can track delivery progress on the carrier's website.

- "Return received" status: Your package has been received by our warehouse. You will receive the refund by bank transfer within 30 working days.

Frais de livraison

Nos frais de livraison s'appliquent sur le montant total des produits achetés, toutes promotions déduites.

Nos frais de livraison sont de 14.99€ HT jusqu'à 200€ HT, et 19.99€ HT jusqu'à 100€ HT pour la France métropolitaine.

Nos frais de livraison sont offerts pour toute commande supérieure à 200€ HT.

Product return

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product. Les frais et risques liés au retour sont à la charge exclusive du client.

Vous avez passé votre commande par un compte client ?

1. Créez votre autorisation de retour sur votre compte client.
2. Dans la rubrique « Historique et détails de mes commandes », cliquez sur la commande concernée et cochez l’article à retourner. Indiquez le motif de retour, et validez.
3. Dans la rubrique « Retours produit », imprimez le bon de retour à insérer dans votre colis.
4. Return you product(s), in pristine condition and in its original condition, to the following address (preferably by registered post): GILAC - Service retour - 751 rue de la mode - 01580 Izernore - FRANCE.
5. You will receive the refund by bank transfer within 30 working days.

You placed your order as a guest, without any customer account?

1. Please submit your return request by email or by telephone.
2. Provide us with the order number, the reason for the return, the product number, and the quantities returned.
3. Return you product(s), in pristine condition and in its original condition, to the following address (preferably by registered post): GILAC - Service retour - 751 rue de la mode - 01580 Izernore - FRANCE
4. You will receive the refund within 30 working days.
